Sasuke ends up really big and buff (and NOT bishounen at all XD) when he took Kabuto's medicine... to a point where Itachi couldn't even recognize him. When Kabuto points out to Itachi that the big buff man standing in front of him is his younger brother, Itachi tells Sasuke, "Come back to me when you prettify yourself." XD Hearbroken, Sasuke asks Orochimaru for advice on how to make himself pretty for Itachi. Orochimaru ends up dressing Sasuke up, old shoujo style. And off they go to visit Itachi again. Only this time, Itachi tells Sasuke and company that he can "prettify" himself better than Sasuke, and we see a full page image of Itachi in old shoujo style. (Yes, the stories are complete crack and fun.) There are also a couple of short comedy stories focusing on the Konoha jounins and the Akatsuki members (Sasori and Deidara).
